Judi Dyer
Master Scheduler
As Master Scheduler for ARCA, I get to help outside agencies receive provider coverage for their clients. I started my career in 1995 as an Emergency Medical Technician and eventually Paramedic. I continued working in the emergency field until 2001 when I moved on to the private sector caring for individuals with various medical and mental health issues. Eventually this path led me to the field of addiction and Medicated Assisted Recovery Specialist. I’m grateful to be a part of the ARCA family and team. There is no greater feeling or reward than helping someone with the first steps to recovery. “One moment can change an entire lifetime.”

Kaycee Fleet
Admin
My name is Kaycee, and I have been with ARCA going on 4 years now. I joined this company because I wanted to help others. Not knowing much about addiction when I first joined, I quickly learned that the perception of addiction compared to the reality of it is incredibly eye opening. Seeing people change their lifestyles right in front of your eyes is such a rewarding experience and I enjoy getting to be a part of it. You never know what someone is truly going through until you see it firsthand, and I’m so grateful I have the opportunity to help those who fight to take back their lives.
