As Master Scheduler for ARCA, I get to help outside agencies receive provider coverage for their clients. I started my career in 1995 as an Emergency Medical Technician and eventually Paramedic. I continued working in the emergency field until 2001 when I moved on to the private sector caring for individuals with various medical and mental health issues. Eventually this path led me to the field of addiction and Medicated Assisted Recovery Specialist. I’m grateful to be a part of the ARCA family and team. There is no greater feeling or reward than helping someone with the first steps to recovery. “One moment can change an entire lifetime.”

My name is Cymone I’ve been an employee of ARCA for almost 2 years. My ultimate goal here is for everyone to feel normal. Provide a safe and supportive program treatment center for individuals with addictions and any needed support. My mission is for every individual who walks through our doors to feel like they have a chance. A chance to start over, to feel human, to feel safe, and most importantly to gain their life back.
My name is Kaycee, and I have been with ARCA going on 4 years now. I joined this company because I wanted to help others. Not knowing much about addiction when I first joined, I quickly learned that the perception of addiction compared to the reality of it is incredibly eye opening. Seeing people change their lifestyles right in front of your eyes is such a rewarding experience and I enjoy getting to be a part of it. You never know what someone is truly going through until you see it firsthand, and I’m so grateful I have the opportunity to help those who fight to take back their lives.
My name is Latoya and I have been with ARCA for almost 9 years. Growing up around addiction really shaped my pathway to ARCA. I have always wanted to help people in recovery as well as their families. My knowledge comes from firsthand experience. Since I have been with ARCA, I have seen clients change their lives gradually over time and for me, that’s such a rewarding experience.
My name is Randi and I have been with ARCA going on 3 years now. My focus as an employee at ARCA is to make sure I give clients assurance that they can use ARCA as a safe spot. We strive to keep clients comfortable with their surroundings. When patients come in for their first or one-hundredth time, I will always be a familiar face to them. I am always so proud to celebrate sober birthdays with clients. It’s always a pleasure watching our clients grow into the person they were meant to become.r collection.
