Saint Louis Counseling

ARCA has partnered with Saint Louis Counseling to provide diagnosis and medication management for Psychiatric Services, Substance Use Disorders, and other Behavioral Health Services. Often uncontrolled mental health disorders and substance use go hand-in-hand for many clients. This partnership allows a client to address not only substance use but also address the underlying mental health symptoms for which they have been seeking relief. Clients are able to focus on their mental health when they do not have to worry about the symptoms of withdrawal.

In-person office visits available as well as appointments via Telehealth.

Get to Know Our Psychiatric Providers

Tammy LeBrell

Tammy LeBrell,
MSN, APRN, FPMHNP-BC

Being one with a personal passion for those struggling with addiction and the relevant co-occurring mental health disorders that often accompany, I centered my nursing profession of 20+ years to helping those into recovery. I believe in meeting the person where they are recognizing that each person has their own story to share and personal journey in this life. I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice from Saint Louis University and specializing in Family Psychiatric Mental Health. From a small town in North Central Arkansas, I relocated to St. Louis in 2015. Shortly after, I was offered the opportunity of preceptorship with Assisted Recovery Centers of America (ARCA) establishing a working relationship that led to an offer to join the team in 2019. I currently work as a provider treating individuals through medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders and mental health diagnosis and treatment therapies. My focus is individual and holistic care.

Dr. Rebecca Merritt

I am born and raised in the Midwest and have lived here almost all my life. I went into psychiatry because psychiatric illness had affected my own family and because it affords me a chance to really connect with the people I treat. I enjoy it immensely. I see patients ages 16yo and up. I am a general adult psychiatrist and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions. I look forward to meeting you.
