ARCA connects individuals to essential services—including medications, housing, food, and transportation—through personalized referrals and coordinated care that support recovery and long-term stability.

Access and Referrals to Medications, Housing, Food, Transportation, and other Services

At ARCA, Access and Referrals to Medications, Housing, Food, Transportation, and Other Services are critical components of our wraparound support model, designed to address the full spectrum of needs that impact an individual's recovery and well-being.

We recognize that social determinants of health—such as stable housing, reliable transportation, nutritious food, and access to medications—play a major role in a person’s ability to engage in and sustain treatment. Through our care coordination and case management teams, ARCA provides proactive, person-centered referrals and direct connections to community resources and support programs.

Our staff conducts individualized needs assessments and works alongside patients to navigate complex systems, reduce barriers, and secure vital services. Whether it’s enrolling in insurance to cover prescription medications, arranging transportation to appointments, connecting with food pantries or shelters, or applying for housing programs, ARCA’s goal is to ensure that each person receives the comprehensive support needed for a stable and successful recovery journey.
