Providing compassionate, coordinated guidance and advocacy to help individuals navigate recovery and access vital resources for long-term success.

Peer Support & Case Management Services

At ARCA, Peer Support & Case Management Services are integral components of our holistic, person-centered approach to recovery.

Peer Support Services connect individuals with trained Certified Peer Specialists—people who have lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery. These professionals offer empathy, encouragement, and guidance grounded in mutual understanding. They help foster hope, build trust, and serve as role models of recovery, providing emotional support, advocacy, and practical strategies to manage daily challenges. Peer supporters assist with navigating the recovery process, identifying goals, and connecting individuals to resources both within and outside of ARCA.

Case Management Services are delivered by qualified professionals who coordinate care across multiple domains of a person’s life. Case managers assess individual needs and work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans. They ensure seamless access to treatment services, housing support, transportation, employment assistance, health care, and other community resources. Their role is to reduce barriers, improve service engagement, and support long-term recovery and stability.

Together, these services ensure that individuals not only receive clinical treatment, but also the human connection, practical tools, and consistent support needed to rebuild their lives.
