Respite Housing is a voluntary, short-term, overnight program providing community-based, nonclinical crisis support to individuals seeking new understanding and pathways forward.
Operating 24 hours a day in a homelike, trauma-informed environment, Peer Respite is built on a social recovery model within a peer-operated setting.
Men's Transitional Housing
Our transitional housing program serves patients transitioning back to their regular daily living routine.
For various reasons, many individuals find returning to the environment which enabled or sustained their addictive behaviors unappealing. Rather than return to such an environment and risk relapse, ARCA provides safe, clean, and drug-free housing alternatives to help these patients transition to their new dependence-free lives.
ARCA’s Transitional Living Program provides a healthy, supportive, and structured living environment for individuals who have completed a treatment program and want more accountability and guidance. Each resident is assisted with implementing the critical skills learned in addiction treatment into a successful way of living in recovery.
Women's Transitional Housing
ARCA’s Transitional Housing Program for Women offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment for women who are transitioning from substance use treatment back into independent living. Our program is designed to meet the unique challenges women face in recovery, especially when returning to environments that may have contributed to their substance use.
Many women completing treatment find it difficult — and even dangerous — to return to past living situations that may lack stability, support, or sobriety. ARCA provides a secure, drug-free alternative where women can continue to grow in their recovery journey, free from the pressures and triggers of their former environments.
Our women-focused transitional living program helps residents build a new daily routine rooted in accountability, self-care, and healthy living. With access to supportive staff, peer encouragement, and structured guidance, each woman is empowered to apply the skills learned in treatment and develop a lifestyle that supports lasting recovery and personal growth.
