Outpatient Substance Use & Behavioral Health Treatment for Veterans and
First Responders in Missouri
Every service we provide is personalized. We take the time to understand each client’s story, challenges, and goals—because recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. Veterans, first responders and their loved ones are encouraged to reach out and schedule an initial consultation.

ARCA honors veterans and first responders by providing specialized, trauma-informed mental health and addiction treatment that promotes healing, resilience, and renewed purpose.
ARCA is proud to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for veterans facing substance use and mental health challenges in the St. Louis Metro Area. We understand that recovery is complex—especially when substance use and mental health conditions occur together—so our approach is integrated, personalized, and rooted in dignity and respect.
Peer support specialists with lived experience play a vital role in the recovery journey. They help veterans and first responders navigate care systems, attend appointments, set recovery goals, and stay connected to the resources they need to build stability and independence.
We understand how critical timely access to care is. ARCA works to minimize wait times and provide prompt consultations so veterans can receive support when they’re ready. We are currently accepting new clients with minimal to no wait time and offer same-day consultations to ensure help is available when it’s needed most.
Whether you're just beginning your journey or looking for continued support, ARCA is here to help you take the next step.
